Welcome to Write Steps Education! By accessing or using our website and tutoring services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a session.

1. Services Provided

Write Steps Education offers personalized tutoring services for elementary and middle school students, including ELA support, creative writing, test prep, and study skills. Services are available in-person and online, depending on availability.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

• We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session fee, at our discretion.

• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in loss of scheduling priority.

3. Payment & Fees

• All tutoring sessions must be paid in full before or at the time of service.

• Accepted payment methods will be clearly communicated during scheduling (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, etc.).

• Package or subscription pricing, if offered, must be used within the agreed time frame.

4. Student Conduct

• We expect students to arrive prepared, on time, and ready to learn.

• Repeated disruptive behavior may result in a suspension or termination of tutoring services.

5. Parent/Guardian Responsibility

• Parents or guardians must ensure the student is in a safe, supervised environment during virtual tutoring sessions.

• For students under age 13, a parent/guardian may be asked to be present nearby during sessions.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we are committed to supporting academic growth, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Progress depends on individual effort, consistency, and engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during tutoring (handouts, resources, etc.) are the property of Write Steps Education and may not be reproduced, shared, or sold without permission.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, store, and use your data.

9. Modifications

Write Steps Education reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
